How was your week? Mine was like the whole January- busy, but wonderful. I can’t wait for my last semester to be over, so I can have more time for my favorite books.

This week, I practiced a little less, because I had to wake up at 4a.m. and I was a ittle tired. I love the fact that I learned to listen to my body and work with it, not against it. Now I rest, when I feel like it and I push myself when I fee I can. This way my body recovers much faster and I feel great most of the time.

Enjoy your weekend- move more and eat heathy. Meanwhile find time for my favorite reads of the week.

How was your week? Mine was great! I am realizing the consequences from global warming, but from an egoistic point of view I love the spring like winter in Bulgaria.

My workouts are going great. It is a wonderful feeling when you learn to move your body properly and you start feeling every little movement and every little diversion from the proper technique.

I hope that it is getting easier for you to eat healthy. When you have hesitations or some difficuties, remember that if you always chose the best for yourself in a long term aspect, you will always be on the right path. Do not fool yourself and slave on the decisions that bring you a short term satisfaction, and then spin you in the enchanted circle of guilt and disappointment.

This month, I am rally busy, because I am finishing my Master Degree in Finances, and besides the unique books that I love reading, I have to take some time and read textbooks.

While I am studying, take time and go through the list of my favorite reads for the week.

Then, let’s go for a walk in the park, because nothing is more important than spending some time outdoors.

How was your week? Mine was great even though I am really busy. Still, I am full of enthusiasm and my desire is something like a fuel, which gives me strength to go through each day full of energy.

It is wonderful when you know what you want, and when you wake up every morning eager to get out of bed, and face the new day, where you have the opportunity to work hard, give your best and move step by step towards your goal.

I hope that you are getting fitter and that you are becoming more conscious; that you feel better in your own skin and that with every passing day you start noticing more and more the beautiful side of life.

Have a wonderful weekend and go through my list with favorite reads for the week!

It’s time for my favorite reads of the week. The list was a lot longer, but unfortunately I made something stupid and I deleted them, and then I did not manage to recover the file. But still, there are some great reads on my half-list, so take the time to read them.

Meanwhile enjoy your weekend, eat real food and move more. Colder weather is not an excuse to stay at home. Dressing properly, always makes a walk in the park the greatest experience…even in winter!

Another great week has gone by! I hope that you are feeling motivated and full of enthusiasm! I am getting back in shape and it feels great to be back in the gym and be pain free. I read a lot this week, but besides the blogs I follow, I read two books, so this explains the less reads, compared to the list last week. Have a wonderful weekend and don’t forget to go out for a walk and eat some steaks and eggs! 😉

I am a ‘something-searcher person” and I have devoted my life to the mission to reveal myself, to improve, to collect the pieces of puzzle in my own nature, so that to give and to receive from life as much as possible. My Life is history, full of broken dreams, falls, disappointments and finally achieved awareness, that it all depends on me and that each opportunity can be a materialized reality. We only have to think and act in a way, which will lead us on the road to its implementation. The most valuable resources we have are our time and health, and our Body is the instrument, through which we use them, to crate the world we live in. I dedicated my life to share myself, the wisdom and experience, which had left after the mistakes I had done. I am doing this in order to help people find their way, which will let them “’reinvent”’ themselves, to restore their health, confidence and trust for life. I wish they could realize their own potential. Training is rehearsal for the life itself; this is the place, where on a few square meters in the IFS you can experience each of the possible sensations- triumph, fall, disappointment, hope, will, weakness, and most of all power. The place, where in “monitoring conditions”” you can remind your body how to move correctly, how to work in your interest. Everything I have tried to achieve through IFS and the trainings is to help people bring back their consciousness, health and freedom to be who they are-without doubting. I have given myself time to re-build and to re-invent myself! Give yourself time as well. Come and train with us in IFS!
