How is your holiday week going? Mine is great! I and my machines haven’t cheated on our healthy lifestyle and we are still going strong in the gym! Besides that I have not cheated on my lovely, clean food and while others eat plenty of sugar and wheat, I am eating plenty of steaks and veggies!
Hope that you are doing great with your clean eating! No matter if you slipped a little bit, don’t beat yourself down, and just keep on preparing good food and lifting some heavy weights!

It’s already Saturday! This week has gone by so fast! Unfortunately I am not feeling my best (physically), because the injury from last week is still torturing me, but I am really motivated and I love my new outlook on life. I realize that two-three weeks are not the end of the world, and I will get back in the gym even stronger and more motivated , than before! So everything is going great and as planned! 😉 Hope you are feeling great as well. Do some squats for me 😉 I’d really appreciate it! Don’t forget to eat clean food during the weekend! Take a walk! Here it is snowing, but I still love spending my time in the park! It is so beautiful and refreshing! 🙂

How was your week? I hope that you start having a more positive outlook on life; I hope that you don’t allow the ugliness to intrude in your days and instead you are focusing on the wonderful things that surround you! This week I had a little injury and unlike other times, this time I decided to have a wiser approach, so I didn’t work out with weights. Instead, I spend the whole week in the pool! I really miss lifting weights, but I hope that next week I will feel good enough to start lifting again!

So if you are in a  similar situation, remember that it is far better to stop working out for just one week, then spend your whole life not working out… if you get what I mean! 😉

It’s already Saturday! My week has gone by so fast! I had a lot of work, but I am really satisfied with what I have accomplished! Besides that I am having the opportunity to coach more and more people, who really make my life complete! I really love what I do! One of the great things about my job is that besides having the opportunity to change somebody’s life for the better, you manage to meet wonderful people who become your lifelong friends! One of the things I love the most about what I do is that I am creating a community of like minded people, who are just the same as I am! I do not need to explain why I will take out my Tupperware box, full of stake and veggies, instead of buying a sandwich! I do not need to explain why I get up early every morning and why I never miss a workout! They just have the same values as mine and they just bring more purpose and happiness to my life! 🙂

After the rant, I will let you read my favorite reads of the week! Don’t forget to stay good during the weekend. Eat clean and take long walks in the park! Nature is the most beautiful thing in the world! Don’t miss the chance to stay outside! :))

It’s the end of the week! Today is my rest day, and it is hard for me to stay away from the gym, so I am heading to the park for a long walk! 😉 I had a great week! I love my job and my clients! It is so great to meet such inspiring individuals every single day! People who remind you what is the purpose of your life, why you wake up every morning with determination to go through the day, without letting obstacles break you or shake you! 🙂 Besides that I am getting in the best shape I’ve ever been! I am getting leaner and stronger and I feel just awesome! 🙂

Yesterday I managed to do weighted push ups for the first time in my life, and I am pretty excited about getting stronger and fitter every day! Lately I have way too much enthusiasm ;), at times it even bothers my sleeping, because I can’t wait to wake up and get busy doing what I love. Hope that you feel the same way too (without the sleepless part of it).

It’s Saturday! And it is my rest day! I had a really busy week. I moved in a new home. I did some real life weightlifting, because I had to carry heavy bags up to the second floor, so besides my gym training sessions, I did a lot of lifting this week! 😉 I didn’t have as much time to read, as I wanted, but I still managed to go through most of the blogs I follow!

Another amazing week has gone by! I am working a lot on my personality and the way I approach life! I’ve read some wonderful books, that have given me another perspective and I really feel so much happier with every page I read. Sometimes all a person needs is the right book at the right time! 🙂

I’ve never eaten as good as I eat for the past couple months, I have never felt better and looked better. Every day I realize that physical transformation has so much more to do than just appearance.
