
How was your week? Mine was great! I am realizing the consequences from global warming, but from an egoistic point of view I love the spring like winter in Bulgaria.
My workouts are going great. It is a wonderful feeling when you learn to move your body properly and you start feeling every little movement and every little diversion from the proper technique.
I hope that it is getting easier for you to eat healthy. When you have hesitations or some difficuties, remember that if you always chose the best for yourself in a long term aspect, you will always be on the right path. Do not fool yourself and slave on the decisions that bring you a short term satisfaction, and then spin you in the enchanted circle of guilt and disappointment.
This month, I am rally busy, because I am finishing my Master Degree in Finances, and besides the unique books that I love reading, I have to take some time and read textbooks.
While I am studying, take time and go through the list of my favorite reads for the week.
Then, let’s go for a walk in the park, because nothing is more important than spending some time outdoors.
