How was your week? Hope you are hitting PRs, eating clean and enjoying every single day! :)) I read a lot of stuff this week, and there are some outstanding articles, so take the time to go through the list of my favorite reads for the week and enjoy the knowledge!
Hope you had a wonderful week. Mine was great. I am still tired, so I intend on picking a bench in the park and enjoying my weekend, sitting there and reading! SO you could take a walk in the park instead of me! Don’t forget to eat clean and enjoy life. Stay positive. Life is full of wonderful people, and I promise that you will meet them more often, once you stop doubting their existence.
Meanwhile don’t forget to check out my list with favorite reads for the week.
How was your week? Mine was great! I managed to do a lot of things. Don’t forget to go out for a walk and eat clean during the weekend! Meanwhile read my favorite reads for the week!
How was your week? Mine was great, but I am really tired, so I think to take a break and take long walks in the park, as well as find time to read! Meanwhile, I hope that you will find time to go for a walk. Don’t forget that the weekend is not an excuse to eat crappy food. Don’t forget to go through the list of my favorite reads and read as much as you can!
Another great week has gone by! I feel really satisfied. Every day I am getting more and more convinced that everything in life is up to us, our attitude and our thoughts! Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. If life seems like an evil and an ugly place to be, then the problem is inside of you and that’s where you should search! That is what is supposed to be fixed!
Enjoy life, because it is truly beautiful! Focus on the good things and be grateful for everything you have!
Read a lot! It really makes life complete!
Have a wonderful weekend! Stay positive and full of enthusiasm and desire to live!
Another great week has gone by! I hope that you are feeling motivated and full of enthusiasm! I am getting back in shape and it feels great to be back in the gym and be pain free. I read a lot this week, but besides the blogs I follow, I read two books, so this explains the less reads, compared to the list last week. Have a wonderful weekend and don’t forget to go out for a walk and eat some steaks and eggs! 😉
It’s been a great week. Here in Bulgaria it is snowing and even though it’s colder, it is really beautiful! I love every season and I find them all to be charming! I love taking long walks in the park, no matter if it is snowy, rainy or whatever! So I encourage you to go out for a walk, then come back home and eat a delicious steak with some veggies, so you can get warmer! Meanwhile find time for my favorite reads of the week, because this week I really read a lot!
Hey, everybody! How was your week? Are you consistent with your training and nutrition? Hope that you are moving one step forward every single week! Just don’t give up and work hard for what you want to achieve! It will pay off, I promise! Just remember to be patient and don’t rush it! You have plenty of time to reach greatness! Just make sure you are doing your best every single day! Have an awesome weekend and read my favorite reads of the week! 🙂
The week is over and so are my finals! Which means, more time for reading and more interesting reads to share with you! How was your week? Hope it was a good and productive one! Don’t ever sacrifice your long term goals, for short term pleasures! Which means, that you should eat clean, move more and feed your soul on a daily basis!
Have a great weekend! And meanwhile, when you have some time to read, check out my favorite reads of the week!
Another week of awesomeness has gone by! January is always a crazy month! But it is still really satisfying, because of its productiveness! I have one more exam in Public Finances and I will be done for this semester! Meanwhile, my machines are getting stronger, better and leaner! They work really hard in the gym and I am so proud to have the opportunity to coach them! This week I took one more day off the gym, because I wake up around 5:15a.m. and I go back home around 9:30 p.m., so as you can guess I am pretty tired. That’s why I decided to give my body more rest, as hard as it is to stay away from working out for three straight days! Well, hope that this will help me feel better next week, so I can keep on getting stronger!
Meanwhile, hope that you had a great week! Hope that healthy living is already a lifestyle for you and that you are crushing PRs in the gym! Stay positive! Eat clean and move more! And don’t forget to check out my favorite reads of this week!
It’s January and as always it is a really busy month! And not because I was lazy during the holidays! I just have exams, I am participating in a project about a book and I have a lot of work with my clients in the gym! 🙂 But besides the fact that I don’t have as much time for reading, as I’d like, everything is perfect!
I am slowly increasing the weight on each exercise and I hope that next week I will be able to introduce deadlifts to my workouts again! I can’t wait to be strong and pain free again, so I can be back to beast mode! 😉
Hope you had a great and productive week! Don’t blow everything during the weekend. Eat clean and move more!
It’s already Saturday! This week has gone by so fast! Unfortunately I am not feeling my best (physically), because the injury from last week is still torturing me, but I am really motivated and I love my new outlook on life. I realize that two-three weeks are not the end of the world, and I will get back in the gym even stronger and more motivated , than before! So everything is going great and as planned! 😉 Hope you are feeling great as well. Do some squats for me 😉 I’d really appreciate it! Don’t forget to eat clean food during the weekend! Take a walk! Here it is snowing, but I still love spending my time in the park! It is so beautiful and refreshing! 🙂
Meanwhile read my favorite reads of the week! Have a wonderful weekend!

I am a ‘something-searcher person” and I have devoted my life to the mission to reveal myself, to improve, to collect the pieces of puzzle in my own nature, so that to give and to receive from life as much as possible. My Life is history, full of broken dreams, falls, disappointments and finally achieved awareness, that it all depends on me and that each opportunity can be a materialized reality. We only have to think and act in a way, which will lead us on the road to its implementation. The most valuable resources we have are our time and health, and our Body is the instrument, through which we use them, to crate the world we live in. I dedicated my life to share myself, the wisdom and experience, which had left after the mistakes I had done. I am doing this in order to help people find their way, which will let them “’reinvent”’ themselves, to restore their health, confidence and trust for life. I wish they could realize their own potential. Training is rehearsal for the life itself; this is the place, where on a few square meters in the IFS you can experience each of the possible sensations- triumph, fall, disappointment, hope, will, weakness, and most of all power. The place, where in “monitoring conditions”” you can remind your body how to move correctly, how to work in your interest. Everything I have tried to achieve through IFS and the trainings is to help people bring back their consciousness, health and freedom to be who they are-without doubting. I have given myself time to re-build and to re-invent myself! Give yourself time as well. Come and train with us in IFS!
