Everybody asks “What did you do, to look like that, to be the person you are?”
Well…
I will tell you what I didn’t do…
I didn’t go on a diet. I just put myself together and decided what my goals were- to be fit and healthy for a lifetime! Then, I made some adjustments in my lifestyle in order to achieve that goal. No deprivation, no regret, no will, just decisions and dedication!
I didn’t force myself to workout for two hours in order to burn calories. Instead I dedicated this time to reading and educating myself. Then, with the knowledge I received, I know what I need to do in order to get stronger and fitter. I go in the gym and spend no more than 45-50 minutes, practicing what I learned.
I didn’t wait for the end of the week so I can have a cheat day. A cheat day or a treat day in life sounds like you are dead all week long and when the weekend comes you start living! I don’t want this to be the story of my life! I love feeling strong, healthy, happy and alive every single day!
I didn’t go to hang out in the gym and chat around. I know that talking and thinking won’t do it! I know that simply going through the gym door, won’t turn me in a fit, strong and beautiful woman! I know that what I want, requires work and action!
I didn’t sit all day, staring at pictures of fitness models. I know that just sitting on my butt and dreaming, won’t make me curvy, fit and strong!
I didn’t starve myself! I know that in order to make something, you need to have something. You can’t make a car run without fuel. Why would you think you could make your body function without proper nutrition?
I didn’t stay away from weights. I wasn’t scared to become big and bulky. I realized that weights are my best friend, when aiming to get nice and lean body!
