Transform your mind
All big changes, start in our head. That is where you should plant the seed of desire in order for it to burst and become action, which will lead to success!
How often do you start a transformation, without having faith in the positive outcome? How often do you start a new diet, thinking that it won’t work ?
How many times in your life did you feel like the “finish line” is miles away, the odds against you seem more than you could handle and success appears to be impossible?
That is a mentality which will get you nowhere! I want you to stop right now! Stop measuring how big is the gap between where you are now and where you want to be! The more reasons you give yourself “why it can’t be”, the more obstacles will grow bigger, and you are less likely to succeed!
Instead of thinking how you have 100 pounds to lose, break it down in smaller more attainable and achievable goals! Start moving with baby steps. Move forward a little every day and without knowing it you will get to the final! Instead of saying “ I have 100 more pounds to lose”, go ahead and transform it to “ I’ve already lost 10 pounds, I can do it further!”.
Remember the story about the optimist and the pessimist and the glass which is half full, half empty? Why see it half empty when you can be positive and see it half full, get motivated and keep going!
Stop beating yourself down! Nobody is gonna help you, if you keep on doubting yourself!
Transform your diet
People say everyday, that they can never eat as clean as I do. They say it is impossible! But is it? Tell you the truth, I was just like you! I loved soda, chocolate, cakes, I relied on junk food to bring me pleasure! Back then, it seemed impossible to become who I am now but I gave it a shot!
Start with small changes every day! Small changes contribute to big changes! Each week, take out some bad eating habit out of your diet, and introduce something healthy!
-This week, instead of drinking soda after every meal, try skipping it after dinner and drink water instead!
-Next week, substitute the fries, with baked vegetables.
-The week after, substitute the fried chicken, with baked chicken.
-Instead of eating the cake you bought from the supermarket, cook yourself some healthy dessert!
Make a small change every week, and soon it will all add up to a big, life changing transformation! Nothing is impossible as long as you give it a try! So dare to become the best version of yourself…don’t fear your healthier you!
Transform your workout

You need to realize that endless cardio and sitting on the machines in the gym, won’t get you far! Instead, focus on free weights! I know that it might seem intimidating at the beginning. It is scary when you do not know what to do with all the weights around you, but hey! Don’t quit just because it is something that will push you out of your comfort zone! Treat the workout like the diet! Introduce a new exercise with free weights, every week!
-Instead of lying on a machine, doing leg presses, substitute them with squats. Take 15 minutes every day this week to master the body weight squat!
-Next week, instead of doing shoulder presses on the machines, try doing push presses!
-Instead of doing endless hours of cardio- go out and do some interval sprints!
I hate seeing people, drive miles, to get to the gym, while it is sunny outside, only to step on the treadmill and walk!! What the hell? Go walk in the park, if you want to be more active. Just because you are walking in the gym, doesn’t mean you are working out!
Transformation isn’t a matter of stressing about how far you are from the “ final line”. It is about taking a small step forward every day! Make a commitment to change one bad habit, every single week! Do you know how far you will get after a year or 52 weeks? Give it a try! Take it one step at a time! Don’t doubt where you want to be! The only thing I let you doubt are your limits! Challenge yourself! Dare to be!
What are the tips, that in your opinion are the foundation of a great transformation?
