It is Monday.

Yesterday you promised that on Monday you will start eating healthy!

Yesterday you promised that on Monday you will start working out.

Yesterday you promised that on Monday you will take your life in control.

Yesterday you promised that you will quit making excuses.

Yesterday you promised that you will commit to reaching your potential.

And today it is Monday…

You just ate a donut for breakfast and you can’t wait for lunch time and have some pizza.

Today is Monday…

And you decided to turn off the alarm clock, keep sleeping and skip the training session.

Today is Monday…

And you don’t feel like changing your old bad habits, so you decided to stay pleased with your life no matter what that means.

Today is Monday…

And you just said, you were too busy to prepare a breakfast; too tired to get up earlier and workout; too overwhelmed to make a change!

Today is Monday…

And you will waste one more week complaining and  making excuses!

You will waste one more week of your life!

Guess what?

Being disciplined with your eating might suck at times, but being sick, tired and overweight sucks twice as much!

Working out might suck at times but being out of shape, being out of your breath after you took a flight of stairs sucks twice as much!

Some days it is hard to find motivation to keep you working hard, but being lazy and disappointed is twice harder to take!

Success might be hard to get, but failure is twice as harder to take!

How do you want to spend the rest of your life?

Being awesome, fit and healthy. Feeling fabulous, strong and achieved?

Or constantly beaten up by disappointment, feeling sluggish, sick, overweight and miserable?

It is your choice!

It is up to you!

Today is Monday! How will you start the week?

And here is my latest challenge. What could be better than starting with these 5 minutes of movement?

I am a ‘something-searcher person” and I have devoted my life to the mission to reveal myself, to improve, to collect the pieces of puzzle in my own nature, so that to give and to receive from life as much as possible. My Life is history, full of broken dreams, falls, disappointments and finally achieved awareness, that it all depends on me and that each opportunity can be a materialized reality. We only have to think and act in a way, which will lead us on the road to its implementation. The most valuable resources we have are our time and health, and our Body is the instrument, through which we use them, to crate the world we live in. I dedicated my life to share myself, the wisdom and experience, which had left after the mistakes I had done. I am doing this in order to help people find their way, which will let them “’reinvent”’ themselves, to restore their health, confidence and trust for life. I wish they could realize their own potential. Training is rehearsal for the life itself; this is the place, where on a few square meters in the IFS you can experience each of the possible sensations- triumph, fall, disappointment, hope, will, weakness, and most of all power. The place, where in “monitoring conditions”” you can remind your body how to move correctly, how to work in your interest. Everything I have tried to achieve through IFS and the trainings is to help people bring back their consciousness, health and freedom to be who they are-without doubting. I have given myself time to re-build and to re-invent myself! Give yourself time as well. Come and train with us in IFS!
