Cold Tea With Turmeric And Ginger
When you drink just water, coffee and tea, sometimes you need to bring in some variety in your drinks. I enjoy turmeric and I tested with a cold turmeric tea.
Ingredients:
1 l. water
about an inch and a half ginger root
2 teaspoons turmeric
1 teaspoon cinnamon
the juice of one lemon
a pinch of salt
6 peppercorns 
1 teaspoon honey (I made it without it, but most people can’t drink unsweetened tea)
Directions:
Cut the ginger in smaller pieces and put it in water, together with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
When the water starts boiling, add turmeric and cinnamon. Leave it to boil for another 1-2 minutes.
Then, remove it from the stove and add the lemon juice and the honey. Put a plate on top of it.
When it reaches room temperature, you can put it in your glass bottle.

I am doing this in order to help people find their way, which will let them “’reinvent”’ themselves, to restore their health, confidence and trust for life. I wish they could realize their own potential. Training is rehearsal for the life itself; this is the place, where on a few square meters in the IFS you can experience each of the possible sensations- triumph, fall, disappointment, hope, will, weakness, and most of all power. The place, where in “monitoring conditions”” you can remind your body how to move correctly, how to work in your interest. Everything I have tried to achieve through IFS and the trainings is to help people bring back their consciousness, health and freedom to be who they are-without doubting.
