On Saturday, I participated in the Vitosha 100km. bike race. It is pretty much a 100km. bike ride in the mountain. I couldn’t wait for the competition – first, because I wanted to test my abilities and second, because I wanted to experiment with the food I was gonna take with me. In my next post I will share with you what was the food I took for the competition and how I endured long, aerobic activity with almost no carbs (just 1 banana and one really small peach).
Today I will share with you the smoothie that I prepared. I think that this is the most delicious thing I’ve tried.
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 banana
200 ml. coconut milk
1 vanilla
some water if you want in order to make it more liquid like or use coconut water
Blend everything and try the most delicious smoothie in the world.
