
Avocado! Our best friend for healthy desserts. I love eating avocados and they are great as an addition to your omelet, steak or as a base for a healthy dessert. Here is another idea for a dessert with avocado.
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
4 large medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup coconut milk
Handul fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp water (more or less)
Directions:
Blend everything together until you have a nice, smooth mixture. Then serve with fresh mint leaves, cocoa nibs and some berries.
