1 whole mango
1/2 coconut meat
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
1. Peel and chop pineapple, mango, and avocado
2.Put aside 1/2 cup of diced pineapple.
3.Separate the coconut meat from shell.Chop coconut meat.
4.In a food processor, blend coconut chunks on high until finely shredded.
5. Add mango, pineapple, and avocado, and puree.
6. Squeeze in lime juice, and continue to process until smooth.
7. Stir in the diced pineapple and decorate with lime and shredded coconut!
