If you are a beginner, scale:

3 rounds:
5 banded pull ups
10 push ups on knees
15 swings( if you can’t do american swings do the russian ones(to horizontal)

If you are advanced:
30 walking lunges with 10kg plate overhead
4 rounds:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 swings
30 walking lunges with 10kg plate overhead
