I love eating eggs. People often ask me, if I get bored of eating them every single day! Tell you the truth- I don’t! I can eat them for the rest of my life and every morning I’d wake up eager for my breakfast of eggs and veggies! But if you want to make eggs taste different, you can try this delicious recipe! It is easy and tasty!
Ingredients:
8 hard boiled eggs
2 fully ripened avocados – halved, pitted, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground or cracked black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
a couple black olives
Directions:
Cut eggs in half. Take the yolk out and put it in a bowl!
Dice the avocado. Add it to the yolks, together with the lemon juice. Blend until you get a smooth texture. Add the other ingredients( without the egg whites) and blend again.
Then scoop from the yolk-avocado mixture and fill the egg whites. Decorate with red pepper and a “slice” of olive.
P.S.If you liked this recipe, please take a minute and share it with your friends! I’d greatly appreciate it!

And something to think about 😉
Thank you!! 🙂 I will read through this all. I definitely feel a lot better, if I eat more fat, but still eat carbs as well. May change my eating habits in spring, when will need to get into an even better shape for summer. And YOU ARE STRONG! I want to be this strong as well… I hope, I am on my way, you inspire me to be :))
Hello, Angela! 🙂 Thank you for writing me! Well, your problem, in my opinion, comes from the fact that you didn’t eat enough fat! You need a source of energy, i.e. either carbs or fats. WHen you cut the carbs, but you don’t eat enough fat it is absolutely normal to feel out of energy! I’ve done that mistake back in the days! And it really isn’t a nice feeling! Nowadays I feel strong and I really think that this kind of eating is helping a lot. I don’t feel insulin crashes, I feel I have energy and I don’t need to eat every 2-3 hours. I eat plenty of fats- from eggs, olives, butter, bacon, avocado and some raw nuts.
When it comes to egg yolks, that’s just a myth! Like the myth about fat is bad, it raises your cholesterol levels and it will clog your arteries… that’s just lame and far from the truth! 🙂 Here is my more detailed opinion:

When it comes to lifting, I mainly use 5 sets of 5 reps for the bilateral movements and 3 sets of 5 reps for the unilateral movements!
Have a great day! :))

Hello, I love your ideas 🙂 And laughed at the picture, it is really good! My question is not whether you get bored of eggs – I can imagine not getting bored of one meal, I LOVE cottage cheese and meat – but we hear so much about how too many eggs are unhealthy and we should not consume more than 3-5 pieces of eggs weekly. What do you think? How many eggs do you eat a day? Do you think that your diet – low carb, high fat, high protein – helped you to gain strength and energy? I was always worn out on a low carb diet, but I also ate too little fat I think, so I simply started to eat more of these two. I read about how heavy you lift. How many reps do you do (deadlift and squats) with those heavy weights? Thank you for you answers 🙂 I am a blogger myself, but write in Hungarian….
