Today’s recipe is borrowed from Beth’s great blog- Tasty Yummies. One of my favorite fruits is banana, and when I saw this recipe I couldn’t resist but try it! It tastes absolutely delicious so I decided to offer it to you, as well as reccommend you Beth’s blog for more gluten free recipes!
Ingredients:
Makes approximately 3 cups
1 cup lite coconut milk (the canned kind)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 bananas
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 medjool dates, pits removed
2 tablespoons chia seeds
