I love experimenting in the kitchen. Sometimes my cooking creations turn out to be delicious! Yesterday I decided to try and make a healthy fruit pudding. As I was preparing it, I was a little nervous if it will taste good. After it was ready, I took a scoop and tried it…and it was DELICIOUS! It is my new favorite dessert! I really encourage you to try it! It is easy to prepare and you will hvae it in no time! I guarantee you will love it!
Ingredients:
1 banana
1avocado
the juice of 1 lemon
vanilla
1 table spoon honey(optional)
Directions:
1. Cut the avocado and the banana.
2. Blend them together.
3. Add the vanilla and the honey, if you chose to put some.
4. Add the lemon juice. My advice is to add partof the juice, stir good and try it. If it tases good don’t add the whole juice. If you like it to be more sour, pour the whole juice!
5. Decorate with some nuts and enjoy it!
