It is Sunday and that means a lot of fun for me in the kitchen. Here is my new healthy cooking creation. A lot of people ask me “How do I start eating healthy?”.There are a lot of answers to this question, but as most people find it hard to make radical changes and get rid of the bad habits I have an idea! What about start with your breakfast? What do you have for breakfast now? Wait a second! Let me guess! Probably you are either not having breakfast or you are eating donuts,muesli, muffins or something like that!
First of all let me remind you that food is fuel! When your first meal of the day, consists of real, nutritious food, then your body gets what it needs, in order for you to start the day feeling energetic, positive and keep on eating healthy throughout the day!

I love eggs! I could eat them every day, all day long and I won’t get bored! For the past two years, I’ve ben eating eggs everyday for breakfast. People often ask me how I could eat the same thing every morning! It is hard to answer this question but I decided to suggest you a recipe that will make eggs taste even better. Last week I went to visit my parents and my mother prepared these eggs with baked red peppers. I love red peppers and eggs, and this combination tastes delicious!

I am a ‘something-searcher person” and I have devoted my life to the mission to reveal myself, to improve, to collect the pieces of puzzle in my own nature, so that to give and to receive from life as much as possible. I am doing this in order to help people find their way, which will let them “’reinvent”’ themselves, to restore their health, confidence and trust for life. I wish they could realize their own potential. Training is rehearsal for the life itself; this is the place, where on a few square meters in the IFS you can experience each of the possible sensations- triumph, fall, disappointment, hope, will, weakness, and most of all power. The place, where in “monitoring conditions”” you can remind your body how to move correctly, how to work in your interest. Everything I have tried to achieve through IFS and the trainings is to help people bring back their consciousness, health and freedom to be who they are-without doubting.
