I love eggs! I could eat them every day, all day long and I won’t get bored! For the past two years, I’ve ben eating eggs everyday for breakfast. People often ask me how I could eat the same thing every morning! It is hard to answer this question but I decided to suggest you a recipe that will make eggs taste even better. Last week I went to visit my parents and my mother prepared these eggs with baked red peppers. I love red peppers and eggs, and this combination tastes delicious!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 baked red pepper
olives
Directions:
1. Boil 3 eggs
2. Cut the eggs in half and take out the yolk.
3. Put the yolk together with the pepper in the blender and process!
4. Witha spoon, scoop from the micture and put in the egg white.
5. decorate with olives.
