3 big olives without the pit
Spread 50 grams of curds on each rice cake.

For the past couple months I am transitioning to not following a particular diet, but just choosing the optimal best foods and eating according to my body’s needs. I’ve been following strict diets for so many years and I know how my body reacts to certain physical activity and what it needs – when it needs more carbs, more fat; when it needs more or less calories. Now I am eating for pleasure and macronutrients. I feel freedom and I know that I can eat a lot of things (I am not eating chips and other junk), but using food as a tool for achieving my goals.
