I love eating fish! As a matter of fact I love sea food! That’s why today I decided to share with you my favorite recipe about mackerel with tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
5 mackerels
3-4 tomatoes (peeled and cut in small pieces)
6-7 bay leaves
5 lemon slices
2 gloves garlic
salt
Directions:
Clean the mackerels. Put 1-2 bay leaves and a slice of lemon in each piece of fish. With the knife make small diagonal cuts on the surface of the fish.
Put the small pieces of tomatoes on the bottom of a baking dish and put some salt. Add the garlic cut in smaller pieces.
Put the fish on top and place in a preheated oven!
Bake for about 20-25 minutes!
Simple but delicious!
Eat it with a salad of cabbage and carrots and a lot of olives! 😉
