For every unhealthy food you used to love, there is a healthier option that tastes twice as good. That’s why today I will suggest you a delicious recipe for egg-rito- the healthy substitute of burrito!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
two handfuls spinach
butter for greasing
100-150 grams cooked meat of your choice (pork or chicken works good)
1/2 avocado
50 grams olives
1 baked red pepper
spices of your choice
Directions:
Use the eggs, the butter and the spinach to cook an omelet.
Cut the meat and the avocado,, and then combine them with olives, red pepper and spices of your choice.
Spread the avocado,meat mixture on your omelet and wrap it.
There w ego, you have a healthy egg-rito, instead of eating junk burritos 😉
