We find balance, when we change our mindset – towards everything. When we start treating every action with care and attention. When we are conscious about what we eat; the way we move, think and so forth.
During the last couple years, everything in my diet changes so much. I am happy, that the years when I used to eat plane food and when I thought that I need to deprive myself in order to look or feel in a particular way, are part of the past.
It is so freeing, when you realize that you can eat delicious food, experiment with a variety of recipes and that this doesn’t interfere with your progress.
Today, I made myself a delicious cream. I put it in a jar and took it with me, so I can eat it in the afternoon. Then, I put it in a bowl, I decorated it, because we get satiety through our senses – it really matters how we serve our food.
2 table spoons yogurt
2 table spoons curds
1 table spoon sesame flour
a handful of spinach
3 big strawberries
3-4 pieces pineapple
a pinch of cinnamon
a splash of coconut milk
Blend everything. Then pour it in a bowl or a cup. Decorate it and enjoy the flavor.
