I really love beef tongue. And I love it even more, the way m mom cooks it. So what could be better, than asking her to cook it, so I can post the recipe, and meanwhile eat it! 😉 Today I will share the delicious recipe with you.
1kg beef tongue
500grams baked red or green peppers
a couple bay leaves
Boil the beef tongue with the bay leaves and black pepper. Then peel it, cut it in slices and put some salt. Place it in a pan and bake it with some butter.
For the sauce, use all the vegetables. Cut them and stew them, together with black pepper and bahar. Stir the sauce until the water evaporates. Blend the vegetables.
