Everybody loves pizza, right? 😉 Especially when it is healthy and especially when it is a “sweet” pizza! Today’s recipe is easy as usual but surely tastes delicious. Besides that it is easy to experiment with your immagination and decorate it as you’d like!
For the crust:
3/4 cup soft butter
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup honey (or less depends on how sweet you’d like it to be)
For the frosting:
1 cup cream cheese
2 table spoons sour cream
1. Cream butter and honey. Stir in flour and finish by hand. It will be very crumbly but keep on squeezing it with your hands!
2. Bake the crust for about 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees.
3. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla. Then spread it on the crust. Decorate with different fruits.
