Today the recepie, according to my plans was supposed to be about a dessert with nuts, dates and eggs. While I was preparing it yesterday, my blender broke down. Even though I tried to find a way to puree the dates, I couldn’t think of any. That is why I decided to take a picture of part of my dinner- the salad.
Ingredients:
cabbage
1/2 carrot- shredded
1 green pepper
1 table spoon flax flour
1 table spoon raw sunflower
vinegar
1 table spoon olive oil
4-5 olives
Directions:
1. Cut the cabbage and the pper. Add the shredded carrot.
2. Add the vinegar and after that the olive oil. Mix good.
3. Add the sunflower, then the flax flour.
4. Decorate with the olives.
That is how my salad looked!
