
How is your weekend? Mine is kind of different, but beautiful. Since yesterday, I am “traveling” with a bike around the capital. The feeling is awesome. Before I tried it, I was kind of nervous to ride around the big city, but as usual it turned out that it is not that scary, but actually awesome. Besides that now I have the chance to enjoy the beauty of nature. So if you haven’t tried it, leave your car and grab your bike. You will love it. Just as I did.
In case you feel like eating something sweet, this week I will suggest you one of the most delicious things you’ve tried. Some time ago I shared with you my favorite fruit pudding recipe HERE. This week I decided to change it a little bit, by adding some berries, raw nuts and cream.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1avocado
200 grams of berries
a handful of raw nuts
the juice of 1 lemon
vanilla
1 table spoon honey(optional)
1 table spoon cream
Directions:
1. Cut the avocado and the banana.
2. Blend them together.
3. Add the vanilla and the honey, if you chose to put some.
4. Add the lemon juice. My advice is to add part of the juice, stir good and try it. If it tastes good don’t add the whole juice. If you like it to be more sour, pour the whole juice!
5. In a small bowl or a taller cup, pour part of the mixture. Then add some raw nuts and berries. Pour the rest of the mixture and on top place some more nuts and berries and top with the cream.
