One More Substitute of Boring Cardio, That Will Help You Get in Shape Faster!
If you’ve been reading my blog and if you follow my Facebook page, you are probably familiar with my workout philosophy. I.e. probably you are aware that I stick to short, intense workouts and that too much hanging around in the gym isn’t my passion. After all, we have just 24 hours a day and we have plenty of stuff to do. Why would we waste time, when we can do things in a smarter way, for shorter periods of time, and meanwhile achieve the results we aim for with ease?
Every now and then, I share with you my favorite ways to finish a weight lifting workout. And as you know they have nothing to do with 30 minutes cardio on the treadmill!
