An idea how to make your breakfast, lunch or dinner a little more interesting! My grandma made homemade cheese, so there is some cheese on top, but as you know I usually don’t eat dairy… besides when the dairy is homemade! 🙂
Ingredients:
1 head onion
3 peppers
1 tomato
1/2 zucchini
1 baked pork steak
3-4 eggs
butter
salt
Directions:
1. Stew the veggies in some butter.
2.After that cut the steak into pieces and add it to the veggies.
3. In a large baking dish, pour the veggie mixture. Break 3-4 eggs on top, without stirring them.
4.Bake on 220 degrees, till the eggs are ready.
