It’s Sunday! What could be better, than a healthy, delicious breakfast? Before I give you the recipe, I want to tell you how great my Saturday was! I went to the lake with some of my clients and one more coach, and some of his clients. We worked out, we had an intense trip through the mountain, doing sprints, lunges, burpees and so forth! I just love spending my time with people like them! It is so satisfying when you find a place where you feel yourself, where people are just the same as you are and where people have made up their minds to be happy,healthy and fit! It just makes my soul smile!
Ingredients for 8 muffins:
8 eggs
vegetables (peppers, broccoli, mushrooms)
salt
black pepper
Directions:
Stir everything as you are preparing an omelet. Then pour the mixture in the muffin pans. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Cook for about 20minutes.
