For a long time I’ve been thinking to share this recipe with you, and I think today is right about time to do it! 🙂 This is a recipe for a delicious meatza, or in other words pizza, without dough!
Ingredients:
500grams minced meat(50/50 pork and veal)
1 head onion
2 baked red peppers
1 tomato
black pepper
salt
caraway
olives
other vegetables (broccoli and green pepper)
2-3 eggs
Directions:
Mix the minced meat with the salt, the black pepper and the caraway.
Process the baked peppers, the onion and the tomato. Add the mixture to the minced meat.
In a baking dish with some butter on the bottom, spread the minced meat.
Arrange the olives, broccoli and peppers on top.
Bake on 250 degrees until the meat is almost ready.
Break the eggs on top. Bake for another 10 minutes and take out of the oven.
If you eat dairy products you can add some cheese on top!
