I love curds. You can cook a lot of things with curds. I will share one of my favorite recipes for a dip for baked veggies. Share your favorite dip recipes in the comments below.
Ingredients:200 grams curds
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 clove crushed garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
fresh ground pepper
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tomatoes, skinned
1 red onion,chopped
3 tablespoons chopped black olives or 3 tablespoons green olives (I used both)
lemon juice
Directions:
Put all spices and veggies in the blender. Blend slightly- you should have chunks of the food. Don’t blend it smooth. Then mix with the curds and add lemon juice and olive oil. Leave in the fridge and then eat with baked veggies or use as a dip for something else.
