It’s time for another delicious recipe! If you feel like eating something sweet, you know that I’d recommend you to stay away from junk food and prepare something healthy instead. I’ve found that bananas and nuts, even though they are calorie dense, are a great way to kill the sweet cravings.
Last week I found this great recipe about No- Bake Banana Cream Pie on Tasty Yummies’ website and I can’t wait to share it with you!
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 cup raw pecans
1 cup raw almonds
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon coconut oil, softened or melted
a dash of salt
Filling:
1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight or at least 4 hours
1 14-ounce can coconut milk
8 Medjool dates, pitted
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
1 banana, for topping
