I really love eating avocados. Besides that they make for a great dessert, when you combine them with some other ingredients. Today I will suggest you another great recipe for raw avocado pudding.
150grams soaked pistachios
1 table spoon honey
1 table spoon chia seeds
1table spoon lemon juice
shredded coconut for decoration
Blend all ingredients together, without the water and the coconut. Pour just a little water, so you can make the mixture smoother and easier to blend. Decorate with more pistachios and shredded coconut. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
