How was your week? Mine was really productive and I am happy with the way my training goes. Yesterday I did negative push-ups and they really  make my arms feel exhausted. They contributed for a kind of burn, that I haven’t felt lately. But it was great, so I am happy I included them in my training session.

Have a wonderful weekend, eat clean and move more and meanwhile read my favorite reads for the week.
