Ines, for the past month I’ve been really good with my eating and training, but the results aren’t as good as I expect them to be. How can I lose weight faster? The truth is that there isn’t a substitute for hard work (HERE) and consistency. Just as unwanted fat, took time to pack on your body, getting rid of will also require some time. Everything comes up to finding the proper method, but still if you do not make efforts to apply it in your own life, success will be forever a mirage.
Ines, I admire your will. How do you manage to keep your motivation, even when you are faced with failure? It is really simple. Everything you are supposed to do, in order to change your life is to change your point of view. When you see failure as an opportunity- the opportunity to find your weaknesses; what works and what doesn’t work, then you will probably get to find what you need in order to fix the weakness.
Failure is something like an identification- identification of what we need to work on, in order to progress. Just think about it… if you just did what you are good at, then you would really lack motivation. You would do something, you already know you are good at and it wouldn’t bring the emotions, that hoping, expecting and striving bring in your life.
Ines, last week I found your webpage and I am fascinated with the results you have with yourself and your clients. I’d like to try and eat the way you do, but I think that eating so much fat is dangerous. If we talk about dangerous… it is dangerous to eat fries, McDonald’s, donuts and so forth, but obviously people eat plenty of them, without being cautious about it.
Obviously this way of eating leads them on the path of being out of shape, feeling sick and taking a handful of pills, in order to treat the symptoms, that their body sends, in the desperate try to hint that something in their lifestyle is wrong. But still, when they see a vivid example, that there is another way, they doubt it, because after all the media is preaching- fats are bad. I am asking you to look on things this way.
Obviously, what you are doing is bad for your health and what you want to do now (eating like me), once again seems bad for your health. Take it as a substitution- one dangerous food, substitute by another one…and I guarantee you that you will realize that you’ve been wrong! Good fats help you feel great! Ines, I can’t stand the way I look. I want to change that, but I have no idea how! You can’t fix a body you hate! (HERE) First accept yourself the way you are. Realize that your present condition is a result of your beliefs and your attitude towards life. Accept that and work on changing your habits, your convictions, your attitude. The change in your appearance will just follow the change in your character and your actions!
Ines, I want to eat better, but it is so hard to find time to cook for myself. Everything is hard, until you make it a routine.
