AMRAP in 10min:
10 push press or if you can 30 seconds handstand hold
15 band assisted pull ups or horizontal pull ups
20 walking lunges without the weight
If you are advanced:
AMRAP in 15min.:
10 handstand push ups with a plate under your head or if you can’t, put your legs on a box and do the HSPU like that.
15 pull ups
20 plated walking lunges
