It’s almost Friday and probably most of you are scared of this. Why? A lot of people manage to keep on track with their diet during the week, but when Saturday and Sunday come, they let themselves lose it and start eating everything in sight. Thus, the results achieved during the week go to waste!

You know what I am talking about, right? There is something about weekends that makes you lose it. It seems like when Saturday comes, your body gets impersonated by another person, who has absolutely no will to resist the food temptations!

Back in the days, information was a deficit and hard to reach. On the contrary today we are living in excess of information. Excess, because most of the information out there is completely useless, confusing and misleading. If we take a look at information concerning strength and nutrition, you will find a lot of theories that run counter to each other.

When people decide to change their nutrition, they usually made some of the following mistakes- eat too much, don’t eat the right foods, eat way less. Today I want to focus more on, how to understand if the food you eat is enough for your body!

Every now and then I read some articles, that preach different celebrity’s diets. I remember the past, when I used to believe all this things were true and I thought that by following such a diet, I would become like a Hollywood star. I am happy that I am done with this, but the sad part is that there are still thousands of people, and mainly women, who believe this crap. If we start from “Kim Kardashian’s cookie diet for sexy butt”, and go to Tracy Anderson’s Method and etc. all this is absurd!

I do not like the fact that in places where it is supposed to have information about healthy living, they nose in such articles, just to attract attention and popularity!

I was watching a TV show about cooking. The chef is bulgarian but now lives in the USA. He was complaining how at the beginning of his cooking career in the USA,people complained of the taste of the food he prepared. He said that people overseas enjoy stronger flavors and more spicy food than in Bulgaria. It makes sense about every nation and different culture to enjoy different food flavors…and that got me thinking about something that has nothing to do with different national dishes and tastes…

I am a ‘something-searcher person” and I have devoted my life to the mission to reveal myself, to improve, to collect the pieces of puzzle in my own nature, so that to give and to receive from life as much as possible. Training is rehearsal for the life itself; this is the place, where on a few square meters in the IFS you can experience each of the possible sensations- triumph, fall, disappointment, hope, will, weakness, and most of all power. The place, where in “monitoring conditions”” you can remind your body how to move correctly, how to work in your interest. Everything I have tried to achieve through IFS and the trainings is to help people bring back their consciousness, health and freedom to be who they are-without doubting. I have given myself time to re-build and to re-invent myself! Give yourself time as well. Come and train with us in IFS!
