Just joking, but if you are like me and you prefer eating high fat- low carb type of diet, here is what you could do with the chicken meat you bought! Personally I prefer fatty cuts of meat and chicken is too “dry” for me! And that’s how you eat chicken! You stuff it with veggies and olives, you wrap it in bacon, put some butter and it is good to be eaten! 😉

It’s time for a new recipe! I am sure that most of you think that in order to prepare a delicious dessert, you are supposed to have at least half of your day to cook it! The place, where in “monitoring conditions”” you can remind your body how to move correctly, how to work in your interest. Everything I have tried to achieve through IFS and the trainings is to help people bring back their consciousness, health and freedom to be who they are-without doubting.
