Q:Hello again! The last couple weeks, after our first conversation, I began to think a lot about changing my diet! I think that now I am convinced that fats are not the reason for obesity and that I really need to change my eating.
A: Glad to hear it!
Q: But after I made the hardest step and took the decision to make a change, a lot of new questions are popping up.
A: Go ahead and tell me what is confusing you!
Q: Well, I really feel confused. I really don’t know how to eat. I think I need some help.
A: (more…)
Sometimes I am pretty perplexed by the way people look on healthy eating. Most consider that healthy eating, means deprivation and starvation, in order to melt your body fat, like…
How is your week? Mine is great! And because when I say I had a great week, some of you think that I am the luckiest person to be surrounded just by positive people. Truth is that the more popular my blog gets, the more “haters” arrive in my life. But the thing is that we make the daily choice to focus either on the positive or the negative. And I always choose to close my eyes for the haters and focus on the real, beautiful people I have the opportunity to meet. So, focus on the good and leave behind the bad and the ugly. Haters only express their opinion about themselves, not about you!
Thank you for your wonderful messages and comments. This week I picked up the questions: how to eat if you are vegan; what is the best type of cardio in my opinion and what do I eat on the days I swim.
I will be happy to read your opinion, so share it in the comments below. (more…)
The other day I was observing a friend of mine and I was thinking how much effort women make, in order to feel good in their own skin. They do…

My post today might look a little boring. But in reality it is something really simple, and really important, but most of us do not pay enough attention to it and fail to understand its huge role in the way we feel and look.
Unbelievable, but the mere fact, the contemporary man has earned a lot, when it comes to achievements in the material world, but he has lost the most valuable thing- the connection with his own body and the ability to read the signals it sends.
Sometimes I really wish, I could properly interpret each symptom, that my body sends me. Because your body never lies. It always warns you, that something is wrong and that if we do not take care for the problem, the consequences will be costly.
Today I will direct your attention towards (more…)

How is your week? Mine is wonderful! I am meeting more great people and I am really excited to have them in my life. they somehow make me feel complete and enrich my personality!
Thank you for all your messages. I decided to answer the questions why you feel fat, when you start a HFLC diet; could you eat fats if you have high cholesterol and why do I eat avocados.

Last week, I promised you that I will share with you how and why I’ve been training lately. During the last 11-12 years, working out has always been kind of the main part of my day. I’ve spent around 9 years of my life, working out twice a day, every day, and sometimes even more than twice a day. I’ve hurt my body so much, I’ve exhausted it more than once, in the desperate tries to become stronger, more athletic or just in order to lose some weight.
During the last 2-3 years, my knowledge about working out and nutrition has taken a turn. Initially it took me a lot of effort, to start working out just once a day. Then, it was hard to include one rest day a week. Gradually I began working out 5 times a week and rest for two days.
It turned out, that when workouts are (more…)
How is your week? I am pretty happy, that I finally feel rested and I can be back to working out the way I know. 😉 Next week I will share with you what I did with my workouts during the last month and a half and some of the conclusions I made for myself.
This week I chose to answer the questions about running and walking with ankle weights and if hip thrusters are appropriate for a main lower body movement. Here is my opinion. I’d be glad to read yours, so leave your comments below! (more…)
How is your week? Mine is going great. I am getting my strength back, after the exhausting month I had. I realized that the best way to fight exhaustion, is to actually quit fighting it. You just need to let it be there and allow yourself to slow down a little bit. Once you do it, everything falls back into place.
Thank you for all your wonderful messages. this week I picked up three questions: which is the best fruit for breakfast, why is soy bad for your health and could everybody learn to do handstands.
Here is my opinion. Share yours in the comments below. (more…)
I am a ‘something-searcher person” and I have devoted my life to the mission to reveal myself, to improve, to collect the pieces of puzzle in my own nature, so that to give and to receive from life as much as possible. My Life is history, full of broken dreams, falls, disappointments and finally achieved awareness, that it all depends on me and that each opportunity can be a materialized reality. We only have to think and act in a way, which will lead us on the road to its implementation. The most valuable resources we have are our time and health, and our Body is the instrument, through which we use them, to crate the world we live in. I dedicated my life to share myself, the wisdom and experience, which had left after the mistakes I had done. I am doing this in order to help people find their way, which will let them “’reinvent”’ themselves, to restore their health, confidence and trust for life. I wish they could realize their own potential. Training is rehearsal for the life itself; this is the place, where on a few square meters in the IFS you can experience each of the possible sensations- triumph, fall, disappointment, hope, will, weakness, and most of all power. The place, where in “monitoring conditions”” you can remind your body how to move correctly, how to work in your interest. Everything I have tried to achieve through IFS and the trainings is to help people bring back their consciousness, health and freedom to be who they are-without doubting. I have given myself time to re-build and to re-invent myself! Give yourself time as well. Come and train with us in IFS!
