It happens again. The emotions are taking over you. As if a storm is raging in your heart! You are trying to repress them, to hold them, to dull them You don’t want to feel, you don’t want your heart and soul to be rend by memories, disappointments, fears and dissatisfaction. You feel weak and helpless, but you don’t want the world to see you falling apart. You are afraid to share with others, to tell them that inside you are broken and that is why you bear! You stay silent and you pile up the pain. But in moments like this, the suffering is way too much and you feel incapable of controlling it!
And there you go, you reach out for food again. You hope that the escape from yourself will (more…)
How often do you turn yourself in an emotional sufferer to the way people treat you? How often do you play the role of a victim, just because you think that “life isn’t fair”; “that you ran out of luck”, “that other people are being mean”?
Lately I notice the tendency, that people really like it when somebody is feeling sorry for them. You smile at them, and they stare back at you, frowning, as if the end of the world is here. They explain you how terrible their life is and when you give your best to give them hope and optimism, they keep on insisting how you don’t get it and how in reality their life is just a big burden!
And I… I understand these people. I was there once- on the path, when you think that pain and suffering are something you should identify with. You think that pain and suffering define you and that if you don’t suffer, you are not trying hard enough!
How often do you judge others? I stopped doing that! One of the “rules”, which leads me in life is to treat others, the way I would have wanted people to treat me, when I was on the same stage of my life.
„Likewise, there is no difference in the person who intends to do things differently and the one who never thinks about it in the first place. Have you ever considered how often we judge ourselves by our intentions while we judge others by their actions? Yet intention without action is an insult to those who expect the best from you.” Andy Andrews
What did you intend to do yesterday? And what about last week? What did you intend to do today? Or I may better ask you, how often, do you really take actions to carry out, what you intend to do?
I also have moments like that. I play a plot in my mind, with the things I want to do; what I plan to achieve; the tasks I have to complete. Sometimes I spend more time thinking about (more…)
Winter is here and probably some of you will give up on working out. Winter and cold weather that goes with it, are the perfect premise to hide behind layers of clothes and convince ourselves that there isn’t anybody to see how fat we are. Thus, without even realizing it, the pounds pack on and the spring comes! We become aware of the fact that we got fatter and the big depression appears- what diet should you follow, how many calories should you burn, how in the world could you get rid of the extra weight! Summer is knocking on the door and we should be in the best shape, in order to walk proudly on the beach, showing off our new swimsuit!
If you do not want this so well known scenario to turn into your reality this year, it is (more…)
“Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering. “-don Miguel Ruiz
The other day, I was thinking about what makes people leave their dreams behind, and follow the common sense. What is it that stops them from leaving the “frame” of the common beliefs about “right” and “wrong”?
Then, I came to the conclusion, that most people don’t have their personal evaluation of themselves, such that is independent from what other people think. Give it a thought! How often do words, said by other people, make you feel bad? How often, when somebody is calling names at you, these words manage to reach to your heart and make you feel sad, angry or unmotivated?
“Why bad things always happen to me?” How often do you ask this question?
I constantly hear people, who complain about the sorrow, that takes place in their life. People who are drowning in the “duty” of self pity, negativity and the belief that they were born without luck, cursed to suffer, unable to change the direction of their wretched fate.
Sounds unbearable just to read it, and what could I say about being the main character in a life like this!
Back in the days, when I was among those who believed that life is full of pain and suffering, I was constantly telling myself, (more…)
We weed out reality, according to our own beliefs; we weed out, what we see, feel or notice. What is your opinion about life? You probably think that it is unfair, cruel, hard… that just hypocrisy, villainy, lies and impertinence are the way to succeed. Probably you are thinking that people are evil, jealous and unscrupulous.
Am I right? Is that what you are thinking? Then, I am sure that your daily experience just bears out this beliefs. I am sure that everything, that takes place in your life, is (more…)
“And yet, I found I could survive. I was alert, I felt the pain – the aching loss that radiated out from my chest, sending wracking waves of hurt through my limbs and head – but it was manageable. I could live through it. I didn’t feel like the pain had weakened over time, rather that I’d grown strong enough to bear it.”- Stephenie Meyer
Have you ever wondered, how much pain you could take, before you give up? I’ve asked myself this question a hundred times… and you know what I realized? That there isn’t such a limit! Only weak minded people, let hardships crush them! For the rest of us, pain could temporary slow us down, take us on the wrong path… but at the end we always come out THE WINNERS!
They say that time reduces the pain… I’ve felt shattering pain more than once and I could tell you that with time… betrayals, disappointments, unfulfilled dreams, the loss of a loved one, failure… they just don’t get easier to overcome! The emptiness they leave and the wounds they open, are always (more…)
As it is said, when you don’t know where you are going, every path will take you there! I’ve noticed that even in life, when a person doesn’t have a goal, he/she usually can’t achieve the satisfaction and happiness he/she is looking for! What happens is that every day you start with something new, at the beginning you are full of enthusiasm and then you quit in front of the first obstacle you face!
It is the same with workouts! When you don’t know what you want to achieve, even the smallest obstacle, has the strength to break you down, because you don’t have a reason, that could give you strength to move forward, towards your goal every single day… to search for new ways and methods to achieve it!
The goal could be a general one or a more specific goal. For example, I work out in order to be healthy and athletic. And by this I mean to have an athletic appearance, as well as the ability to control my body and endure different physical activities! From that goal on, I have smaller goals- like handstand walking, but it is derived from my MAIN goal!
2.You work out because it is a trend, not because you want it
A lot of people ask me how I find the motivation to work out so much. They always make excuses, how they don’t have time, how they feel lazy and so on. In my opinion, everything comes to your inner voice. If deep inside of you, you don’t feel the need to do something, and you are just influenced by some kind of trend, it is absolutely normal to find it hard to stick to it long enough!
For example I am not a fashion diva 😉 and I could buy (more…)
In a world where everything is changing so fast, on a daily basis we are challenged from the circumstances to adapt faster and faster. What we thought to be the truth yesterday, today is already outmoded. Constantly running out of breath, we are rushing towards our next goal, next deadline, next task… we rarely have the time to enjoy our accomplishments and success. And what could we say about others? It seems like they rarely notice our small victories and they accept everything we do for granted… as if it is something that we are supposed to do by presumption.
Nowadays, “Well done” or praises as a whole are rarely used. Well, if we are talking about critiquing somebody, there is always time to do it… there are always eyes, which will see the mistake, the failure… but you will rarely find a heart, which will notice the courage, the potential, the hard work and the bravery….
You know about the group workouts I have (Workouts for machines). After every practice I write a detailed post in our Facebook group( it is in Bulgarian so I won’t link to it ), where I write something for everybody’s progress- how they did during the workout, where they improved and so on. More often than not I get asked “When are you gonna write some critique?”; Come on, critique a little bit, stop with praising everybody so much!”…
I gave it a thought that as a coach I often tell people what they are doing wrong… and even if I am (more…)
You just woke up. It’s a new day and just the thought of getting out of bed and facing the new day is scaring you to death! You feel lonely, robbed… empty. The emotions are raving inside your fragile body and you are feeling so steeped in pain… just one more hit from life and you are hardly ever gonna find the strength to get back up!
Memories from the past are running through your mind… moments of happiness, pride, satisfaction… as if they are reinforcing your desperation and dead-lock… the desperation that your future will never get close to the beauty of your past days!
That’s how my day looked, exactly 5 years ago. On that day, my dreams shattered into pieces. Everything (more…)
You woke up this morning with a big enthusiasm to work out, didn’t you? But soon after that you looked through the window and you saw it’s raining ( or at least that was the forecast for today (here in Bulgaria))! Oh, how sad! Your plans are ruined! It is getting cold outside, it’s raining and it’s over with your life! Come on! That is nonsense!
It always looks strange to me, how people justify their laziness with the bad weather, and use it as an excuse to stay at home!It reminds me how most people hardly, dread through the work week, eagerly anticipating the weekend, so they can live again! You are doing exactly the same thing! The whole autumn and winter, you are barely existing, feeling sad and unsatisfied and you are eagerly anticipating for the summer, so you could once again take care of yourself!
Personally I LOVE working out in the rain! I love hill sprints in the rain, I love flipping tires in the mud and swinging kettlebells under the raindrops! After all, what is the problem? I will get dirty and I will just change my clothes after that!
Even when it comes to working out when it is colder, we are following the common sense- when it is cold, we should stay at home! Come on! Don’t you remember how when you were kids you could hardly wait to go outside and jump in the puddles? Well, today you have this chance and you are finding lame excuses, to never fulfill your childhood dream!
This spring, I had a workout with some of my clients, when it started pouring outside. Everybody that was there, and (more…)

I am a ‘something-searcher person” and I have devoted my life to the mission to reveal myself, to improve, to collect the pieces of puzzle in my own nature, so that to give and to receive from life as much as possible. My Life is history, full of broken dreams, falls, disappointments and finally achieved awareness, that it all depends on me and that each opportunity can be a materialized reality. We only have to think and act in a way, which will lead us on the road to its implementation. The most valuable resources we have are our time and health, and our Body is the instrument, through which we use them, to crate the world we live in. I dedicated my life to share myself, the wisdom and experience, which had left after the mistakes I had done. I am doing this in order to help people find their way, which will let them “’reinvent”’ themselves, to restore their health, confidence and trust for life. I wish they could realize their own potential. Training is rehearsal for the life itself; this is the place, where on a few square meters in the IFS you can experience each of the possible sensations- triumph, fall, disappointment, hope, will, weakness, and most of all power. The place, where in “monitoring conditions”” you can remind your body how to move correctly, how to work in your interest. Everything I have tried to achieve through IFS and the trainings is to help people bring back their consciousness, health and freedom to be who they are-without doubting. I have given myself time to re-build and to re-invent myself! Give yourself time as well. Come and train with us in IFS!
