After body weight exercises and the resistance band, the best friend of an athlete is the stability ball. 🙂 If you have one, it gives you the opportunity to do a lot of exercises. There are a lot of variations for core and leg exercises and you also add the stability element, which activates a lot more muscles.
Do not worry! If you haven’t done anything on a stability ball, initially you will feel pretty challenged. Do not quit. Place the ball in the edge of two walls or ask somebody to hold it, so you can get used to it. You will slowly start getting better and do not forget that every advanced athlete, was first a beginner. 🙂
