The other day I stumbled upon Angela’s website and one of her delicious recipes. To be honest I was attracted by the picture of her dessert and I decided to use it as a foundation to let my immagination create something delicious. For the original recipe visit Angela’s website, and for my version of the recipe, keep on reading here.
Before you start cooking, soak the nuts for 2-3 hours.
50 grams raw, peeled almonds
20 grams sesame seeds
30 grams sunflower seeds ( raw)
20 grams butter
2 table spoons honey
20-30 grams cashew
1 avocado (ripe)
1 table spoon natural cocoa powder
Put almonds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds in the blender and process.
2. Add melted butter and 1 table spoon honey. Process again.
3. In a bowl or a short cup, add the nut “dough”. On top, put a piece of banana and some raw cashew.
4.Mash the avocado and mix it with the cocoa powder and one table spoon honey. Taste it and if you need to add some more honey or some butter in order to make it softer. Mix good, until you have a smooth cream.
5.Then pour it on top of the nut mixture and decorate on top with some more banana and cashew.
