I really love eating mushrooms! I’ve noticed that people either hate mushrooms or love them! There is no in the middle! There are a lot of ways to prepare delicious mushrooms, but this is one of my favorite recipes!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
600 grams mushrooms
300 grams minced meat ( 50/50 pork and veal)
1 boiled egg
50 grams butter
black pepper,salt, parsley
Directions:
Wash the mushrooms and remove the stumps. For the filling: Combine the minced meat with the boiled egg( cut in small pieces), the black pepper, the parsley and salt.
Arrange the mushrooms in a baking dish. Put some butter in each mushroom and then fill it with minced meat mixture.
Bake at a 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Hello,
thank you for your recipes. I wonder if you could tell an example, how you eat throughout a normal day? I am also exited about quantities (of fat, protein and carbohydrates). I am about to get to a high-fat and protein diet but am so confused about how much I should eat… So far I was used to low fat diets, eating 6-7 times day.
