Time for another easy and delicious, healthy recipe. In case you wonder what to have for lunch, this is a tasty option!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
100-150grams bacon
3-4 mushrooms
1/2 grated zucchini
1/4 red onion
2-3 straps of carrot
3-4 “flowers” of broccoli
1-2 leafs kale
butter
Directions:
With the eggs and some butter, prepare an egg omelet.
Then in a frying pan, put some butter, stew the veggies and then add the bacon. Keep on the stove, until the bacon is kind of golden.
Then, spread the mixture on top of the egg omelet. Add a couple leaves of kale. Wrap and eat it! 🙂
