I love eggs and meat. If you are a follower of my blog, you probably adore them as well!
The other day I saw this delicious recipe for Sausage Crust Quiche here.( check out the website for more great ideas). I changed it a little bit so it fits my taste.
500 grams minced meat ( a mix of pork and beef)
spices for the minced meat- black pepper, caraway,salt,red pepper
2 baked red peppers
1 table spoon butter
500 grams of mushrooms sliced
Preheat oven .
Mix the minced meat with the spices and add the pre cut baked red peppers.
Spread the minced meat in the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan.
Place in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Whisk the eggs and pepper and set them aside. In a cooking pot melt the butter. Add the mushroom and stir, continue stirring until soft.
When the 25 minutes pass, take the meat crust out. Pour the eggs inside the crust and then bake for about 20 minutes. Then serve with the mushrooms.
