It’s time for a Sunday recipe! My favorite healthy desserts are those with raw nuts. I can’t imagine how, back in the past I used to think that healthy, is equal to plain, boring food! And it turned out to be far from the truth! Today I will share with you another recipe for delicious, raw cookies! 1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup pepitas
3tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
For the filling:
First, put the raw almonds in the blender and process till they become in small crumbles. Add the pepitas and process again. Then add the rest of the ingredients for the cookies and process.
Shape the cookies with your hands. Then leave them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the filling. Put the fruit in the blender and add the butter. Process. Then leave the mixture for 5-10 minutes in the fridge.
With the help of a spoon, spread from the filling on half of the cookies. Then put the rest of the cookies on the top.
Place in the fridge for a while. Then enjoy these delicious cookies!
