Don’t ask me why the salad is called “Pepperana”. I have no idea, and even if it sounds like something strange that I would name it, it is not a product of my imagination. But it turned out to be delicious, so I decided to share the recipe with you, so you could try it and express your own opinion.
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
1/2 onion
2 green peppers
1 glove garlic
2 hard boiled eggs
1 can tuna fish
40-50grams bacon
1 parsley
salt
vinegar
olive oil
Directions:
Cut the tomatoes and the peppers in small cubes. Put them in a bowl. Add the pre cut garlic and the pre cut onion. Put some salt.
Cut the egg whites and the bacon and add them to the salad.
In another bowl, puree the egg yolks and slowly add some olive oil, by constantly stirring the mixture. Then pour some vinegar and stir again.
Add the “dressing” with the yolks to the salad. On top put some tuna fish and the pre cut parsley.
