As you know, I don’t eat dairy often. Actually I almost never eat diary products. I make an exception when my grandma prepares homemade cheese and yogurt. Who wouldn’t eat this? Today I decided to offer you a delicious recipe for omelet with broccoli and cheese.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 tomato
150-200grams broccoli
1table spoon butter
100grams cottage cheese
salt
Directions:
Divide the broccoli in smaller chunks and boil them for a couple minutes.
Stir the eggs and add the cottage cheese and the tomato cut in small pieces. Add some salt.
Melt the butter in the pan.
Add the broccoli to the eggs.
Put in the pan. Bake on one side, then flip and bake for 20-30 more second.
