This is a variation of a well known junk food idea into a healthy proposal. It’s Ivan’s Portobello (mushroom) hamburger version. There’s no bread, instead of it: Portobello.
Ingredients:
750gr. grinned meat
1 scrambled egg
1 raw egg
10 almonds
3 pieces of broccoli
a couple portobello mushrooms
Directions:
Use 750g. of grinned meat.
Put it in a bowl and add a scrambled and raw egg, 10 almonds and 3-4 little broccoli.
Mix it all. Sculpt the meatballs (with your hands).
Meanwhile add half a cup of water in a pan. As soon as it starts to boil add the meatballs (that way you emulate a steam cooking).
Depends on the fire, but this process can take around 10-15 min.
After that, serve and pour extra virgin olive (or avocado) oil, sea salt and pepper. A good extra (not here, but I’d love to) is to use also organic bacon and toast garlic in order to serve all together.
What follows now is to assemble the burger: tomato, lettuce, onions (or any vegetables of your choice). Mine’s in this case are the previous plus cucumber and avocado.
Cook the Portobello with steam as well.
