It’s time for a Sunday recipe. Today I will suggest you something delicious that you could cook for lunch.
Ingredients:
1kg. minced meat (pork and beef)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
a pinch of cayenne
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 egg
10 slices homemade cheese
10 slices pickles
2 baked red peppers
Preparation:
Combine the minced meat, spices and egg in a mixing bowl.
Mince the garlic, and grate the onion. Add them to the meat.
With the help of your hands work the meat until all the ingredients combine. Add the red peppers after you’ve cut them in really small pieces.
Divide the meat into 4 portions.
Then with the help of your hands press each meat ball, until it looks like a thick pancake. On top place some cheese and a pickle.
Then wrap the meat on top of the filling.
Place on the grill and bake until ready.
You can serve the burger, wrapped in lettuce and with some veggies- tomatoes, olives, cucumbers. And you can always add some bacon 😉
