It’s time for a delicious, Sunday recipe. Did you cook something interesting this week? If you did, I’d be happy if you share your recipe with me HERE. As you know I love seafood. That’s why I decided to share with you one of my favorite recipes for shrimp kebobs. Try it!
For the marinade:
Juice of 1 lime
1 Tablespoon butter
Spices of your choosing – I used a shake of each – red pepper flakes, oregano, dill, marjoram, white pepper and sea salt.
For the kebobs:
Shrimp – 2 or 3 (or more) per skewer, peeled and deveined
Assorted Veggies – I used some red onion, yellow bell pepper, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus and zucchini.
If you are using wood skewers, let them soak in some water while you prepare your marinade and veggies.
Mix the lime juice, butter, and spices together.
Turn on the grill onto medium high.
While the skewers soak and the grill heats up, chop the veggies into bite size pieces.
Now thread the skewers in any order .
Grill each kebob until the shrimp was opaque, about 8 minutes, turning once.
